Medi Homes is a contract we offer to landlords, the NHS and their tenants we are also an open market letting agent – but with a different look at the rental landscape.

We specialise in sourcing suitable, quality properties across the region and discuss with the landlords what they would like from their investment and how we can work with them to get the returns they want – be that financial, what they bring to the community, a feel good factor – or both.

When the landlord decides the route they wish, we present the properties to the NHS for their consideration and if accepted there are a number of options we can take to house the NHS at their investment.

These properties are strategically located for easy access to healthcare facilities, ensuring a convenient and compliant living experience to build their lives in Taunton.

Often the staff moving to the properties are arriving from overseas to make their homes in Somerset and working a Musgrove. This is their first home in the UK for them and their families.
